Returns

You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to initiate the return process if you wish to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at holidaytshirtus@gmail.com or through our live chat within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.

Our customer support team will assist you through the return process and issue a return authorization code if necessary.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, complete with tags and labels. Include a copy of your order invoice or receipt in the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, covering the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
